This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Consultant will provide online consultation services to clients of ELC.Solutions.

• Consultant agrees to deliver professional online consultation sessions via approved ELC platforms.
• Sessions may be provided to individual clients or companies.
• Sessions may be recorded only with the client's consent.
• Consultant must not take client credentials or contact clients privately outside ELC.Solutions platforms.

• Consultant will send an email confirmation to ELC.Solutions after delivering each session.
• Payment will be processed within 1 week – 10 days after session completion.

• Consultant must adhere to scheduled session times.
• In case of emergency or cancellation, Consultant must notify ELC immediately and at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

• Provide consultations professionally, accurately, and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and ELC information.
• Uphold ethical conduct, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain proper qualifications and expertise.
• Follow all ELC.Solutions safeguarding policies for clients, including minors.

• Any materials or content created by the Consultant specifically for ELC.Solutions sessions remain the property of ELC.Solutions.
• Consultant may not use ELC.Solutions' materials for other purposes without prior written consent.

• ELC.Solutions may terminate this Agreement immediately in case of non-performance, misconduct, or breach of this Agreement.
• Consultant may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to ELC.Solutions at least 20 days prior to the intended termination date.

Consultant agrees to keep all client and organizational information confidential during and after the engagement.

By submitting their application and commencing services, the Consultant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Agreement, including all terms, responsibilities, and payment conditions.
